Summary
75th Hunger Games, the Quarter Quell. Five years ago, District 9 tribute Leona Crimson was reaped to the 70th Hunger Games. The death of her ally, Annie Cresta sends her spiraling, taking down the careers left with her, leaving her the winner and filled with guilt, especially for a fellow victor, Finnick Odair, Annie's lover in District 4.
