Summary
The city of Neo Seoul has been divided for generations- the Elite living on the upper levels of the city, and the lower class living underground. There has always been a divide, from the Strays who lead the resistance, and the Choi's who unite the elite. The citizens of Neo Seoul are no stranger to the wild and often violent clashes between the two. But something seems to be stalking the streets of the city, and the very technology that has advanced humanity so far now seems to be turning on them.

Exotic Minho and his husband Jisung who maintain the city's best cat café. Many intersecting lives that all struggle through the end of days and try to make their own place in the world.
They all must come together to fight the forces that threaten to destroy the world they call home. But can they do that without destroying each other first?

“I won’t.” Yunho turned, that earnest determination painted across his face, the kind that used to pull Mingi out of any dark thought without fail. He held out his pinky. “Promise.”
Mingi stared at it. His hand trembled before he finally reached out and hooked his own finger around Yunho’s. A shaky tether. Fragile. He wanted to believe.
“Promise,” Mingi whispered, even though inside him, a pit had already started to form. He didn’t know how to say it aloud: how much the thought of Yunho being gone hollowed him out.
How the farm felt too big, too quiet already, and Yunho hadn’t even left yet.
He didn’t know how to say that he was scared of being left behind, not just for school, but for good.

Yunho was a spoiled rich man who had just turned 28 years old. He lived his life the way his father wanted. That included attending a law school and becoming a local politician. Despite his stubbornness, the spoiled rich man didn’t dare to disobey his father. Lucky for him to have a true friend whom he could put all his trust in, Mingi, a scholarship student from a middle class family who was part of the same political party.
Among all of his own desires that he could never be approved by his father, cat hybrid was one of them. However, his desires can't come true because of the social norms and the discrimination towards cat hybrids. Cat hybrids were pets either for entertainment or household, nothing in between. When he had had enough of his father, he brought his beloved cat hybrid, San, to a thank you party to his political party's sponsors. Not only this disturbed his father but also the whole elite community.
The next day the cat was gone.
After a few days, he got a call from the police that the cat had been found. This turned out to be a big disappointment when the cat patiently waiting for him at the police station and claiming to be San wasn’t San. Little did he know where this could lead him to.
