Of course, it wouldn't be long till you got a taste of true reality for being expected to save the world. And surely, you never would have imagined your first fight to be against your brother-- well, more so an imposter. It didn't take you long to realize, you must kill or be killed.
in this fic, you're the daughter of debbie and nolan, and marks younger sister (14 y/o reader, although you can technically just ignore that and put whatever age you want. it doesnt really affect the story.) so, that means you have powers. or at least, youll get them... eventually.

Oh god, he can’t tell his dad, but why can’t he tell his dad? He gripped at his hair tearing at it as his gasps for air became more frantic. He can’t tell his dad, but this is all he ever wanted. Why, why was he so scared all of the sudden? Mark let out a groan as the pain in his head only increased, his lungs ragged as he tried to take in more air. Roughly rubbing at his eyes, Mark gritted his teeth as he tried to slow his breaths, he was not going to cry again. Adults don’t cry, they fix things. He’s an… adult? Looking back down at his hands, Mark frowned at the small hands that were in front of him.
He felt like he was supposed to be an adult, but why was he so small?
