“I don’t expect you to know me, and I don’t expect you to remember my face when I leave,” the man said. “While it has been decided that your organization has the most resources and money available to go forward with this case, there is a fear that you don’t have the tact needed for the mission. The skill someone from my organization can provide.”
“And what if we decide their help is unnecessary,” Izuku asked. He and Bakugou made a good team. A better than good team.
“If you do not want to work with us, then the case will no longer be your concern,” the man said, “But I assure you these heroes are the best. However, my recommendation, the one we need for this case, is on top.”
Both heroes looked at the case file in sync. The only print on the top file: Ghost.
Midoriya and Bakuogu are tasked with working with another hero in order to find and stop villains from unleashing a bioweapon, blind to the fact that the hero, known only as Ghost, knows more about them than he's letting on. He intends to keep it that way.

Shouto was 15 when he ran away from Endeavour's home, holding his younger siblings as close to his body as he possibly could. The memory is sharp and cruel, digging into his back as the concrete did, the same way Endeavour's flames almost burned him to the bone.
But Shouto was rescued by his boyfriend and friends, the younger members of the Todoroki family safe in Heights Alliance while Mama was protected by Nezu's intervention and Endeavour was arrested.
It's everything that Shouto has ever wanted.

After realizing his two adopted sons should meet the future heroes they will one day work with, Japan’s Secret Military Action’s head, and current Prime Minister; Takataki Masaru, decides to send Midoriya Izuku and Shinso Hitoshi to UA. Izuku and Hitoshi are sent to Class 2-a, supposedly the future top heroes of Japan. Since Izuku and Hitoshi are both government hitmen who work closely with the current top heroes, it was decided they should make connections with people they will work with in the future. Izuku is excited about his new adventure, after all, he knows a few people from class 2-a already.

He couldn’t help it, a matter of factly he hated it but something in that man's eyes drew it out. The man’s eyes were emerald and so full of hatred but there was mystery to those dark eyes, something in them that drew Shoto to him. Like a moth to a flame. Something about it was so intoxicating but he had to focus to ignore the feeling. He took a deep inhale and distinguished his fire, he would not use it. With a flick of his wrist, he unleashes his Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall. How predictable. -

When they get their licenses, this is indicated by a seemingly innocuous arrow typed after their names, playfully known as Death Daggers by those who have them, and almost completely unknown by those who don't.
Shouta Aizawa has a death dagger on his license on account of it only being logical to have all options available to him if he needs them, so he knows what someone has to do to get that mark.
So could someone please explain to him why four of his students, who don't even have their heroes licenses yet, already have a license to kill?WARNING: This gets very dark, very fast.

“Shoto?” Izuku’s poorly used voice rasped as his friend bent down and pulled Izuku up, wrapping him up in a tight hug. “Shoto?”
Shoto simply buried his face in Izuku’s dirty curls. “It’s ok, I’ve got you” he murmured before pulling away. “We need to leave before the league discovers we’ve broken you out.”
