Once Arcadia is back to normal after the Arcane War, Strickler thinks it's time for this town, now reborn into inclusion of Extraterrestrial and Troll kind, to open up it's doors for other schools who have gone through similar experiences, thus creating a Student Exchange Program with San Angel High School and the Teca Institute.
Like that, two groups of students arrive. San Angel's featuring a friendly jock with an Eye Patch, a strongheaded lady with a sword and a mariachi. Teca's was only a couple, two punk lovebirds holding strange weapons.
How will these unique guests react to the peculiar town Arcadia Oaks has become? Only time will tell
OR, Welcome to the LUNAVERSE! My little strange AU where three characters voiced by Diego Luna collide in a slice of life adventure: Manolo Sanchez from The Book of Life, Krel Tarron from 3Below and Zatz from Maya and the Three.

Carter can't get those dreams out of his head. They plague his every waking thought, and his every sleeping thought too. He writes them off as nightmares... until Douxie tells him of a battle fought in the future. Something he's come back to prevent. And Carter starts to think maybe they were never dreams at all. Maybe they're just memories.
Jim doesn't trust Carter yet. He's too stiff, too suspicious of everything and everyone. He kind of reminds Jim of Nomura. But, they're going to have to learn how to get along to protect the world from what he knows is coming.
Douxie wasn't ready to bring his soulmate into this. He wishes he could have let things be, like he did in the last timeline. But he knows if they're going to win, he can't let their most valuable player on the board sitting on the sidelines again.

Everyone says that the amulet doesn't make mistakes so Jim was always meant to be the TrollHunter, it was his destiny. So why did it choose Tobias Domzalski at then end of the movie? The answer could be that it knows what Jim did and is simply working as part of his plan to 'make right'. Douxie has been protecting Nari from the rest of the Arcane Order by masking her magical signature with a spell, thus making her impossible for them to track. What happens when his spell accidentally falters?
Basically, my take on rewriting the dumpster fire that was Rise of the Titans, but with the twist of being set a bit in the future.
