Summary
Follow a damaged, reserved samurai noblewoman and Unification War veteran as she attempts to make a new life in the City of Dreams amidst personal tragedy, loss, love, and a brewing descent into madness. Featuring a cast of characters from throughout both the TTRPG and video game, as well as deep expositions into the Unification War, Fourth Corporate War, and beyond. A slow-burn, with plenty of dialogue punctuated by graphic, intense action sequences.
-
This work is an ongoing semi-graphic novel, it will be updated periodically, at minimum once a week, at most 2-3 times in a day. It's an adaptation of Cyberpunk 2077's main storyline with most major dialogue from the game. However, the plot is heavily-modified and features several additional key events, hundreds of new conversations, brand-new and returning characters, lore expositions, and other substantial changes. Expect entirely original acts, endings, and character arcs throughout.
-
You do NOT need prior experience with Cyberpunk, either the TTRPG or the game, to enjoy this work! I have meticulously transcribed everything relevant to the lore so anyone can understand it, regardless of familiarity. -

Summary
V is very interested in a fixer with a horrible haircut. Maybe a little more than interested. That was not part of the plan.
Ex-corpo V struggles with her own mortality, leaving behind her past and new feelings for Muamar "El Capitan" Reyes. A race against the chip in her head ensues.
No one said it would be easy, but at least the people she keeps around make it bearable.

Summary
Rising legend and most requested merc in all of Night City, V has accepted that the number of months she has left to live can now be counted on one hand. Minus a couple of fingers.
So, she’s got a plan: blaze her way into legend, earn her spot on the Afterlife menu, and go out with a bang.
(Figuratively, of course. Johnny actually needs the body burns-free after.)But Night City’s fixers have other ideas.
Because while letting your best merc die is usually bad for business… Letting V go?
Turns out that’s just not an option.--------------
Or: V is a stubborn gonk but she is also NC’s fixers' favorite gonk.

Back from the dead, Johnny never would have imagined he would be stuck in a joy toy. At least not in this way. *Sorry, FORMER joy toy. As time went on in her head, skimming through memories. Johnny realizes he may want to make his own with her.

Summary
“You died, Valerie. End of story. Nothin' left to say.”
Four months left. That’s all the time V’s got before she flatlines. Out of options, she looks to the sky. She takes a final job, courtesy of Mr. Blue Eyes. The payout? Astronomical. The risk? Terminal. She thinks she’s got nothing left to lose. She’s wrong. By year’s end, V is dead.
But that’s not how things work in Night City. Legends don’t die, they reboot.
A backup, an older version of her mind, is uploaded into her body. She wakes up disoriented in a hotel room where a promise was once made to her. And Johnny Silverhand? Not an engram. Not a voice in her head. He’s real. Right there in the room when she awakens, a lot can happen in a year—even bringing back dead rockerboys.
—
Or, a post-canon Sun Ending fic. Johnny gets a third chance at life, only for V to die exactly one year after the heist that should have killed her the first time. Now she's back, and it's her turn to pick up the pieces of the life she left behind.

Summary
Everything started with a hug.
After that fight in Pacifica, V caught Viktor’s smile in the crowd—joyful, proud, just for him. A living memory of when he wasn’t just surviving, but still figuring life out at his own rhythm. And for Vik, the ice beneath his feet finally cracked. Life pushed forward, pulling him from the past and his stagnated loneliness—whether he wanted it or not.
This is a story about what comes after the end, and what we’re willing to do—and to endure—for love and freedom. Waking up broken, trying to rebuild a body, a purpose, to find a warm place in the sun.
I wrote this to fill the immense hole this game left in my chest—and to give my favorite broken dogs the ending they deserved.
(Post-canon, with some pre-Mikoshi setup. Slow burn. Hurt/comfort. Body horror. Plotted canon divergence. Expect grief, violence, complicated intimacy, and slow, painful healing. Welcome to the ride.)

Summary
After sending her to the moon, the real answer sets in his mind. Guided by the hands at play, he figures it may be best to return home to Heywood while he has the chance. His visit leads him to a few very important people in his life that he'd been neglecting. In the shape of stories and nearly forgotten memories, Johnny gets a front row seat to the world V was forced to leave behind.
But he was born into it, the role he plays is defined by a child with no humanity to anchor himself by. He had no choice but to be born unhappy, unsatisfied, unable to gain a future with hands of that child and now that he could make his own decisions and cling onto that humanity, he realised that it scared him.

Summary
Valerie “V,” once second-in-command of the Counter Intelligence Division for Arasaka, purged in a corporate power play and plunged into a life of a merc alongside Jackie Welles. Until a botched heist resulted in a friend’s death, and a life expectancy countdown—Johnny Silverhand.
After searching for a cure, and her choices in Dogtown—sending Songbird to the Moon and killing Reed—leave her hunted by the NUSA, it leads her back to the original plan: reach Mikoshi beneath Arasaka Tower.
Rejecting help from others, she accepts Johnny’s reckless plan to storm Arasaka alone. Just the two of them.
But when they reached Mikoshi, the truth was revealed. Even without Johnny, she has only months to live. Choosing her friend’s survival at least, over self-preservation, she surrenders herself to Alt, passing into the Blackwall while Johnny had remained adamant to the end to stick to the plan until he is forced into his friend’s body against his will.
Months later, and a hundred holo-calls, Panam still believes Johnny stole V’s life and swears to hunt him down and bring her back. Unbeknownst to her, that was exactly what Johnny plans on doing. Even if it’d cost him his life just to bring V back.

Summary
Six months fly by after the biggest job of V's life. After escaping Arasaka with her life, and without Johnny Silverhand, she navigates through this new unknown with an expiration date and apathy. What will it take for her to fight for life once again?
-
Think of this a near lore-accurate continuation/alt universe after The Sun ending, mixed with a romance between V and the one and only Johnny Silverhand. Phantom Liberty items are not mentioned. Some items of Edgerunners are mentioned, but like the mentions in game - not lore heavy.
I'm breaking this book into three parts, so buckle up chooms. It's gonna be a wild ride.
Though there may not be any true good endings to Cyberpunk in the game, this one... might be.

Summary
Night City is a ruthless, unforgiving place. You have a hardwired metal soul, or you're crushed under the grinding wheel of fate. Alain Vincent Roth, better known as 'V' on the streets, is learning the hard way that not all is as it seems in the city where cyberware reigns supreme. His best choom is dead. He's stuck with a cutting-edge piece of tech wedged in his head. Half the city wants him dead, and the other half fears him. Add to that the specter of a long dead rockstar labeled a terrorist prancing around making demands. It's a volatile mix that might just get him killed before he can reach the top. After all, he's racing the clock. Finding a way to save his own life has become his top priority. There's just one catch: falling in love wasn't part of the plan. He certainly didn't expect to be blindsided by the God of Rock, but Kerry Eurodyne is something special. Neither he nor the rocker chewing through his brain can turn away from the singer.

What's better than being host to one sassy parasite? Being host to two of them.
On the bright side, at least being turned into a predator of humanity ought to make becoming a Night City legend a little more interesting

Summary

Summary
Night City shows no mercy. Neon lights don’t hide the violence — they illuminate it. Valerie is drawn into a brutal, overwhelming reality: grief after Jackie, staying one step ahead of death, friends sinking into cyberpsychosis. Worst of all, she wakes up with a biochip in her head.
Johnny-motherfucking-Silverhand — a terrorist who was supposed to be dead — now squats in her mind against her will. Over time, that annoying, insolent voice becomes something far more than just a curse. He begins to stir emotions she never knew she could feel.
In a world of cheap sexuality, brutal betrayals, and rampant violence, is there any place for something real?

Summary
Camila "Cam" Ruiz is a artist of the silent theft. In a city loud with violence and ambition, she has carved out a quiet niche boosting low-profile cars without making a sound or drawing attention. She has rules: no fixers, no gigs that risk bullets, and absolutely no dreams of glory.
But her one exception is Javier, a dreamer whose eyes are fixed on the stars above their rain-soaked city. His hope is a fragile thing, and Cam fuels it with stolen wheels, believing a quiet life is the best life they can get.
She believes she's in control. But Night City has a way of breaking rules, and the offer that comes her way—a simple job with a payoff that could finally buy their freedom—will test her skills, her trust, and her resolve to stay in the shadows.
