Neil was hiding something, that much he was sure of.
It had been a while since Neil had actively tried to keep something from Andrew. Since the debacle of last spring, after they had sat together in the FBI interrogation room for what had felt like days, and Neil had laid out all his secrets and lies in front of him and the agents, there really wasn’t any reasons left to hide anything between them.
But now, almost a year later, Neil was apparently back to his old liar self.Andrew's suspicious of Neil's recent behavior, Neil's got a big news he's definitely nervous to share, and they are going to have to deal with the fallout together.

Jean’s face was an unchanging cool facade but their focused eyes betrayed interest. They brought their hand to Neil’s stomach, gently, like they were about to caress it. Neil felt sparkles of electricity jumping between them, a painless zapping dance on their skin. Both of them stayed like that, as if sharing an intimate moment, a mutual fascination. The waves of strange pleasure were coursing through Neil’s body one after another, never stopping.
