Summary
" Fear was within Phyrexian capability, but it was not common. Fear was for the sudden onset of overwhelming odds, as a precursor to acceptance of one’s fate. Fear was the early warning system to disengage from an untenable scenario, something deployed when trespassing in the wrong Praetor’s territory or suddenly confronted by an obliterator. Fear was not designed as a response to something as simple as learning a man’s name."
