This is a fic based on my experience of playing YKMET: Strade while making choices as my character Ebony Hope Chambers(they/she) who is a canon character in my own work Human Nature but also a main character OC for other visual novels. They're referred to primarily as Hope in my other fics in them, but they only really start going by that name during the course of this story. They experience murder sims as a time loop where they are sent back to the start whenever they die, so essentially whatever endings I end up unlocking by playing as them are going to write the story; there's just going to be some elaboration in terms of how Hope specifically would feel about all of this.
Most of the tags are maybes so far because I'm not sure where the game will take me, so they may not all feature! See notes for further warnings!
