Will Graham is dead.
His ignominious demise came at the hand — or rather ear — of one missing, presumed dead, Abigail Hobbs, the profiler choking to death on his own kitchen floor, the piece of cartilage stuck in his throat obstructing his windpipe.
While a hitch in his plans, this ultimately poses but a mild temporary inconvenience for a man of as many unusual talents as Hannibal Lecter.
After all, his most obscure skill is his ability to re-animate the dead.

I looked around toward each side of the house as if waiting for Hannibal to walk out and tell me he was still here. To tell me he still wanted me to leave with him, that he still had a place for us even if there was no other place for us in this world. He didn’t. All I could hear was the rumble of the car engine and the wind blowing against the old house shaking the door on its hinges.

Hannibal Lecter tilts his head, considering his visitor. "Will you be elaborating?” he asks, his tone flat, indifferent.
“Yes! Dr. Lecter,” the man’s eyes glow, catching the light from the fire. "Yes! The answer to your question.”
"I fail to recollect asking a question."
"Oh, come now, Dr. Lecter. The question. The question that sticks in the back of your throat. The question that lurks just in the periphery of your vision, murmuring in your ear as you drift into sleep, only to startle you awake, to cower in the darkness."
Hannibal shifts his gaze to his wine, only the subtle clench of his jaw betraying the mask of apathy he has fashioned.
“Yes. The question, Dr Lecter,” he repeats, savouring the growing tension, “Am I to be the instrument of your undoing, your downfall, your death?"
Hannibal meets his eyes but remains silent.
“Yes, I am Dr. Lecter." The man, madness dancing in his eyes, leans forward, his lips curling into a demented grin. "I suggest you make peace with your gods and your demons.”

Will Graham is a dog lover, a professor at Quantico, a criminal profiler, and maybe a little bit unstable. He is also an Omega. Will has a flare up on her endometriosis/sciatic pain - and indulgently whipped Hannibal comes to the rescue. Very fluffy established Hannigram, set sometime after season one (and Will knows Hannibal is a cannibal/the ripper). She has her dogs, because Winston is the best boy. Maybe sometime in season 2 before Hannibal turns himself in - probably canon divergent bc it doesn't fit into the timeline neatly. Just enjoy the cute vibes ok??
(I gave Will sciatic endometriosis bc I'm like 90% sure I have it and it sucks. Regular endo sucks ass too, so have a ‘I'm feeling sorry for myself so I made Will have my chronic illness fic’ ahead of my second laparoscopy next week)
