Summary
Five years post a world war, the former sailor turned alcoholic PI Link Coutts and his snarky assistant Midna Dahl are tasked by Daphnes Nohansen with finding his missing daughter Zelda, whose disappearance comes following her auction win of an eerie, talking mirror piece. The mirror's strange powers and abilities to open portals to dark realms pits the three against adversaries looking to seize the mirror for their own twisted desires.
When he’d been drafted, nobody asked him if he knew how to swim or if he was any good with machinery. Link simply had all his limbs and a heartbeat, and he could nod on command. That was good enough. And thus, he was quickly reduced, like so many other young men, to his family name and a serial number, and then told, “Congrats, you’re submarine material!”
He turns to Zelda, feeling chilled from all the sweat now. “Can you help me up?” he asks her. “I can’t get my leg unstuck.”
She squeezes his hand. “Link, you’re not stuck. You don’t have a leg to get stuck."

There, she forms an alliance with Tatl, a fairy seeking to rescue her own kidnapped brother, and together they work to reverse Zelda's transformation and confront Skull Kid!

Summary
Snippets of the events of Hyrule Warriors. Featuring mostly the relationship between The Captain/Warriors(19-21), Tune/Wind(12-13), and Mask/Time(11-13). Though there is plenty of other stuff as well. It's in non-chronological order and takes place in the LU universe and LU timeline. and I'll put down everything in the order I get ideas. It's also canon to my stupidly complicated AU
The war takes place over a year and a half, and Tune and Mask remain for 6 months after the war ends. Mask is brought in near the very beginning and Tune is brought in after the first year of the war. Also since I haven't played Hyrule Warriors, can't find any 'story explained' videos, and haven't watched gameplay, I'll be pulling any battles and relationship dynamics out of my ass.

Termina is a land flipped from Hyrule; each individual from Hyrule has a "Terminan" version of themself. But when the Hero of Time remains an adult and never comes across this strange land, a different hero must save her home.
This is the story of Linkette, a different iteration of The Hero (Link). Linkette is a young girl blessed by the Goddess of Time and charged with saving her home from certain doom. This is a version of Link who grew up in Termina and sees this land as her home. But due to the Triforce of Courage inside of her, the young hero was born "different" from her Hyrulean counterpart... Can this young girl save her home in only three days?

Link comes back after Termina is safe, only to find out that the days of peace he thought could happen are not going to. With a bad feeling, he goes against his better judgment and helps this odd little voice in his head in order to know more about who are them.
The reunion he had expected with his old friend also does not end up as he wished, for an old threat is willing to find him in return for its normality. What was supposed to be a one time assistance and an enemy ends up as more than that. And maybe he had finally time to meet the girl he missed after so long?

this takes place more than halfway through the game, right after link has completed ikana castle and received the elegy of emptiness from the dead ikana king. his ptsd from ocarina of time and the rest of majoras mask finally catches up to him and he decides he can not take any more and must finish skull kid and stop the moon THIS cycle, with only 3 giants freed. it does not end well.
