Summary
Imagination is a powerful thing, especially in the hands of a child. In the hands of a child, imagination can transform sandlots into bottomless cliffs, puddles into vast oceans, and toy boats into grand pirate ships. And yet, the light of imagination has a darkness to serve as its counterpart. A darkness that would see all imagination snuffed out, leaving the world free for its own consumption. Only five individuals, possessing wondrous imagination and the power to use it in battle, would be able to vanquish the darkness and bring light to the world.
Or, TL;DR, five nine-year-old siblings living in Mariner Bay become the newest team of Power Rangers, and have to use the power of trains and imagination to protect the world from living shadows.
(Update 9/16/24: Don't worry about all the non-Power Rangers fics in this series. They won't be relevant until next year at the earliest.)

He hasn’t been born yet in 2025, so besides fighting monsters and protecting the rangers. He has to maintain his identity secret or his entire existence could be at risk. And also dealing with the resentment and hatred he brought back from the future toward his father.

With their Power drained from Rita’s machine, unsure who to trust with (human?) Rogues and Bats running around the dark city they arrived in, and no familiar landmarks or allies in sight, they’ll have to choose a side and hope for the best.
(Or Two Power Rangers with their own history of magic, brainwashing, coming back from a form of death and a deep love for leather and motorcycles end up in a Gotham full of Bats, and one of them is yet another red bird, shenanigans ensue.)
Chapter 2 summary: Timothy Jackson Drake-Isley plays Sentinel to the Gotham Sirens while trying not to stress about an on-camera meeting with his intern group at Wayne Enterprises the next morning.
