Summary
After being hospitalised for the last half a year, Homura is excited to start school and make friends. When she deals with a difficult first day however, she ends up encountering a terrifying monster she will learn is known as a witch. After being saved by two magical girls, and finally making a friend. Homura finds herself thrust into this new world of magic, unknowing of its dark secrets and the tragedy in its future.
Wait a second. What do you mean, Shirome? Oriko and Komaki? This isn't how the story is meant to go. At least Walpurgisnacht and Kyubey are still there.

Summary
Kirika never runs into Oriko at a train station. Oriko finds her father's notebook slightly ahead of time.
This leads to the two of them making very different wishes and having very different roles. Still, I'm sure Kirika seeing the future and Oriko changing herself can only mean good things for the world. I mean, it can't go worse than what happened in canon, right?

It was a tiny divergence really. Oriko rather than going shopping on this particular day decided to stay in to study. The effects of this choice on the life of Kure Kirika (and Akemi Homura) however will be rather drastic. Still, the life of a magical girl is a rather lonely one, surely Homura will do better with a friend.

As Kiana woke up from her unconscious state she found herself in a dumpster. Frowning she covered her nose and jumped out of it. Stretching she looked up at the moon hanging high in the air. She stopped moving as she noticed something. well it was more of a lack of something Kiana noticed. There was no Honkai energy in the air. That should have been impossible in her world Honkai was always present especially around Kiana. As the realization dawned on Kiana her eyes twitch "You have to be kidding me." Kiana found herself in a new world unknown to her.
