Summary
An office worker in her thirties has been thoroughly ground down by a job she hates that's left her without much of a life at all. Summary
Mizuchi Miyadeguchi. The name should be familiar to at least anybody well-read and well-versed in Gensokyo’s history. The Miyadeguchi clan were a long-running line of nuisances that challenged any order, unnatural or natural, so life may develop and flourish. In recent decades, the Miyadeguchis became less and less prevalent. If one showed up, they were always dealt with. For Mizuchi, death. But even as a vengeful spirit, she still posed a threat, so they sealed her away in the depths of Former Hell, cursed to be forgotten and doomed to be the last of her lineage.
Or that’s what they thought.
What they failed to account for was that Mizuchi expected something like this would happen. In secret, she bore one child, a daughter she gave the name Rajimarin. Sometime after she escaped her prison and fully revealed who she was to her own daughter, Mizuchi is left with a heavy thought to sit upon, a reflection to ponder, and a choice to make.
Takes place in the series of Intertwined Essences, following the events of Essence of Creation Chapter 16, styled in a similar way to that of a diary which Mizuchi wrote to herself in, addressing her daughter, or son as he wishes to be known by.
