It was paradise.
At least, that’s what the brochures say.
Scott was still waiting to wake up from whatever dream had him convinced this was part of his job. A month out here reviewing a newly opened high-end resort on a private island in tropical paradise, all expenses paid and all excursions included. It really did sound to good to be true.
A rude awakening was about to walk into the bar, though, so...there was that.

Summary
This is a compilation of all the pieces that take place within my Over-City/Under-City AU, which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU, though that's not the only thing that'll be going on! I plan to keep this series in chronological order, so I'll put all the pieces where they'd fall along the timeline, which may sometimes not line up with the publishing date. The exception to this is 'Pretty Boy' which, IF someone does want to read the whole series in order, I'd want them to have read that one first and then all the rest, so 'Pretty Boy' will always be the first fic in the line-up, but after that you could read chronologically or just bounce around as you please! I've written all of these to mostly stand-alone, so you shouldn't be too terribly confused no matter where you decide to start up!

This is Whumptober, so I'm sure you're ready for angst, but I still wanted to include some trigger warnings.
The big ones are: Implied Character Death, Depression, Panic Attacks, Implied/Referenced Dubcon, and Implied/Referenced Noncon.

A collection of all the stories in Traveling Thieves, which is my Dark Fantasy, Hybrid Slavery, super angsty AU that spawned from my Whumptober 2023 prompt fills! Currently in semi-chronological order except for the first fic in the series, which will always be “I see the danger, it’s written there in your eyes” which if anyone does want to read the series in chronological order, I’d like them to start there! ^-^ I also occasionally place some stories in specific locations that I think work best for the reading order that aren't exactly where they'd be timeline-wise!
WARNING: THIS IS A WHUMP-CENTRIC, ANGST-CENTRIC, HURT/COMFORT (SOMETIMES NO COMFORT) DARK FANTASY AU.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the tags before you dive into any stories of this one, this series is intended to be a place for me to try my hand at writing and exploring some darker themes.

Summary
Once at the head Scott grabbed a nice handful of Avid's hair and slammed his face into the table, rattling his goblet. “Friends, this man is the figurehead of a rebellion that I have just snuffed out. About ten men and women have been disposed of for their treason and more being hunted down as we speak. Today we are celebrating the death of this rebellion!”
Avid growled beneath him, trying to break from his hold and failing miserably, “You haven't broken us. My death will only bring more unrest–”
“Death?” Scott asked, pretending to be surprised as he bent down over Avid, lips to his ear, “Now, who said anything about me killing you?”

Scott has been dealing with rebellion attempts for centuries, though nothing had ever come close to felling him. He's been keeping a sharper eye since those mages had tried to put him to sleep, their failure making him wise to human adaptability. Now a new rebellion is being stomped out and their leader is nothing more than an angry boy. He thinks he has just the plan for him.

Summary
Scott's pretty confident, living up here in the over-city, he thinks.
Sure, he's spent about half of his time here trying to reason out whatever he and Martyn accidentally exposed about their real identities, but he manages to smooth talk their way out of it.
It was a ridiculous idea, to come to the over-city, but Martyn and his family worked hard to help Scott come up here too and he was not letting their efforts go to waste just from some slip of the tongue.
Because they did all they could for their son and some fish that their son came home with one day.And, well, maybe it was because he wanted to see the sun.

Summary
This is a chronological compilation of all my podfics from @Amethystfairy1's "Through the Sky-Blue Cracks {Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero/Hybrid AU}", which is an Over-City/Under-City AU (inspired by @kitsuneisi and @xmaruu11 's DDVAU on Tumblr!), which is also a Hot Guy/Cute Guy Superhero AU called “Double Hearted”!
"Pretty Boy" is the exception, as it serves as an introduction to the AU, but everything else will be organized chronologically, like in the written series!
There are a bunch of ships in the series (Desert Duo, Flower Husbands, Doc/Etho, Treebark, Joel/Lizzie, Zedango, and Nature Wives as of time posting this), as well as a BUNCH of platonic, familial (lots of found/chosen family), and other relationships!
