dream comes to techno with a request: stand by while he's executed.
it's not a request that techno likes but he trusts the strange, green necromancer. but this time death is permanent and in the wake of dream's final death, things on the server begin to fall apart. techno and the syndicate take up the task of trying to stop the server from descending into rampant capitalism and possible war. it's not easy. they need help from old friends.
then out of the shadows comes a nameless person clad in black, identity hidden behind a black dog mask to offer support. can they trust this person? do they have any choice?

techno has always been a soft touch when it comes to stray animals. he has an entire menagerie to back that claim up and so when he finds a rabbit in the woods on the brink of death, he brings it home and tends to it.
but there's something about the rabbit that's familiar and now techno has to figure out what exactly his act of kindness has gotten him into.

Summary
Another old friend seems to be what pulls his attention next, sitting neatly in the crevasse between the crumbling stones of a mountain, tall and monolithic; a Nether portal, his mind supplies, helpful for the first time in a while. The structure looks ancient, overgrown with moss and vines, plants worming their way between the pale bricks framing waterlogged and weathered stygian stone, rough to the touch when he passes a hand over it. He’s careful not to step into the bubbling pool of lava surrounding, careful to avoid staying on the boiling red rock for too long, careful as he pulls open a rickety looking chest in hopes of an answer of what to do with this thing - instead, he simply finds armour, a weapon and some nuggets of a strangely silver iron.
Good enough start, Dream notes idly, turning back towards his original goal, fitting the chestplate and arm guards as he goes.
