Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley are on good terms again, but Crowley’s not sure that their “strictly no romance” Arrangement is enough anymore. The truth is, it feels emotionally unfulfilling, but his heart can’t take another rejection.
But things are about to change: The night after the bullet catch act, Crowley and Aziraphale are at the bookshop when the air raid sirens sound. Sheltered in the basement, bathed in the glow of candlelight, the ground quaking around them, Aziraphale makes a confession that finally frees them to be together.

Summary
Crowley asks for an unusual favour, when Aziraphale obliges, neither he nor Heaven can predict the consequences.
———
“Angel, you’re not going back there either.” His voice was small, pleading.
You can’t leave this bookshop.
The memory pervaded, gnawing and stinging. Except this time, Aziraphale heard what he was actually saying, read between the lines.
You can’t leave me.

Summary
Confirmed bachelor Anthony Crowley has sworn off romance, but he's willing to set his disdain aside to celebrate the nuptials of his friend, Anathema.
Unlucky in love, Aziraphale Fell is doing everything in his power to make sure the wedding of his closest friend, Newt, goes off without a hitch.
Neither of them expected to come face to face with the ex they loved and lost eleven years ago.
–
“Anthony J. Crowley.” There was a note of accusation in Aziraphale's voice as he called out the name.
The tone stopped Crowley’s descent and a huge grin lit up his face. It was a thing full of teeth longing for an excuse to bite.
Aziraphale continued, using his words to establish the separation he was determined to maintain. “Tell me, have you turned respectable or are you still playing at being a flash bastard?”
For his part, Crowley looked delighted, obviously taking the statement as a challenge.“Wut,” he called, stretching the word out, sounding almost playful. “Aziraphale Fell!” He enunciated every syllable of the name and smiled the whole way through. “As I live and breathe. Well, I’m sure you’re respectable enough for the both of us.”

Summary
It's 1987 London and anti-gay sentiment is on the rise ahead of the government's push to pass Section 28 to prohibited the "promotion of homosexuality" by local authorities– including banning books and education in schools.
Anthony Crowley finds himself in a precarious situation trying to balance his job as a "fixer" for a nefarious consulting company with his growing involvement as a queer community organiser.
Meanwhile, Aziraphale Fell, current Assistant Parliamentary Secretary, has stumbled into an environmental disaster that no one seems to want to deal with– or is a cover-up? Could the Environment Secretary even be involved? Could this really be part of Her (Margaret Thatcher's) Plan?
Why do Crowley and Fell keep running into each other– literally? Is it just romantic fate bringing together two middle aged "confirmed bachelors" who thought it was too late to find love, or is there some other connection? Can they figure it out? (Are they sure they want to?)
