Summary
Saiki Kusuo and PK Academy was swept up into the Petrification, same as the rest of the world. But, Saiki, being the strongest psychic in the world, was actually able to meet the Medusa's goal of having a human think themselves out of the rock, without use of nitric acid.
It just took him thirty seven hundred years to manage it. Right before Ishigami Senku did the same with a little leg up from the old miracle liquid.

All things considered, it was a weak curse. Barely one that deserved to be pitted against Gojo Satoru. Sure, it had a unique ability that clashed with Limitless to temporarily bring them to some weird other place, but in the few minutes it took to get them both back, it had already crumpled from the cursed energy usage.

The demon’s human accomplice caught his breath and regained his footing. His lumpy haori began to bulge and shift. From the pockets and sleeves emerged more white snakes, slithering out to hook themselves onto the demon accomplice’s shoulders, arms, waist. All looking in different directions, coiled up and ready to divert the flat of Obanai's blade from any direction.
One of them tilted its head in Kaburamaru’s direction and slowly flickered its tongue out. Kaburamaru returned the gesture of goodwill. Both human fighters twisted their heads to glare at their respective animal companions.
“Finally bringing the fight to me?” Obanai challenged.
Yamada looked at him blankly. “I don’t have a death wish.”
“Yet you serve a man-eating demon.”
“I don’t serve Murakami. He’s my friend. And he doesn't eat humans.”
He was clearly deluded, and dragging others down with him.
