This was rare among the 10% of humans without powers… You see society is split into two, the powered and powerless… however only 1% of the powerless have soulmates and they often just ignore them due to their link to the powered. Roman was a prince from the powered society who was stuck in the dark ages obsessed with finding his last soulmate to become complete… So when his mother said he could go down to the powerless realm after no luck of finding them up there he was astatic… but will Virgil accept them with not only his social norms but his fear of the powers from all the villains he hears about?
