Summary
Monty’s plan is simple: Fix the missiles, shoot down the helicopter while it is flying, and make Felix burn and die.
So that’s what he did…and it worked! Or rather…it should have worked.
When he does that, and then goes to the schoolyard, he sees that Felix isn’t burning alive and the helicopter—though it did crash—is not on fire as he would have liked, a pity…
But it is no matter, just a simple…error in his plan.
In turn, Monty decides, ‘If he refuses to die burning alive, then I’ll kill him with my own hands.'
When Monty's plan to exact revenge on Felix doesn't quite go as planned, he decides to exact vengeance in a slow and painful way instead.
