Summary
Junpei's hands twisted as he peered out in the direction of the sun that had begun its descent behind the nearby mountains. It was always a big ask, having Yuji meet him here. Yuji tended to overcommit himself to specific people. Junpei had learned that about him, and always felt bad for taking advantage of it. At the same time, their friendship felt fragile and pressed for time, as though any moment Yuji would wise up and stop taking Junpei's calls. He dreaded the day that Yuji would realize he's too good for him. Stop talking to him altogether. Junpei wanted to spend as much time with Yuji as possible before that happened.
They were technically enemies now. Maybe they should stop talking. Maybe if he hadn't been talking to Yuji all this time then the knot in his stomach wouldn't be so big, and he could do what he needed to do. Do what was expected of him.

“Why don’t you just shut up, Kacchan?” Izuku growled and Katsuki’s eyes went wide. Hitoshi watched intently from Izuku’s periphery. Izuku was almost surprised he didn’t bring out a bag of popcorn to munch on with how enraptured he looked.
“The fuck you say to me?” Katsuki asked, voice deadly soft. He shifted closer to Izuku, drawing his body up to its full height. Even though he had quite a few inches on Izuku, the shorter man locked eyes confidently with him.
“I said, ‘Shut your mouth or I’ll shut it for you.’”
Izuku had no idea where the fuck that came from. It didn’t feel real, the interaction in general, the words he said or the way he snarled them to Katsuki. What also didn’t feel real was the way Katsuki’s breathing picked up, the way his pupils dilated ever so slightly just like in the scene.

Summary

Izzy knows his scent is disgusting. He knows it.
He’s known it since he presented and his sister cared for him through his first heat with a rag held to her nose. He has spent his life hiding it, covering it up, drinking daily suppressant tea and chewing on ginger root.
It works, for the most part, but every so often his body won’t take it any more, needs to release his hormones and go through heat whether he likes it or not. He tries to get as far away from port as possible when he feels it starting. When he’s really desperate he’ll hire an Alpha and pay them extra to shut the fuck up. It isn’t ideal, but it’s fine.
