Mitsuri is wonderfully sweet and kind, Muichirou’s constantly demanding his attention, Shinobu loves to get under his skin as always, then he reunites with his loving mate to make it all perfect.
Orrrr I just wanted to write some cheesy ass fic where rengiyuu have a super romantic cliche reunion after time apart, but it turned into a really wholesome bonding fic between Giyuu and those who love him before that <3

Plenty of people have offered him plenty of things, but they were always presented as deals. Techno gives himself to them in exchange for something: renown, his life, an escape route off a dying planet. It all seems the same after enough time, and this latest server is no different. The revolution that was supposed to come of it never did.
Techno is tired and done with it all. Frankly, he doesn't even care if there's an age minimum for retiring. If he wants safety, he obviously has to make it for himself.

It’s the instinct of green life, Grian knows, that has him backing away slowly. He takes a few tiny steps backwards.
Scar looks at him, something angry and hurt in his gaze, “But I think you’ll make a good first message to the masses. You were the first to take advantage of me, after all.”
or, grian has won third life. choking on his guilt, he jumps. but he isn’t taken to the afterlife. and he seems to be the only one who knows about third life.

Summary
There’s a moment where the sandstorm pushes them forwards, towards the edge, and Grian feels alive again. Scar is staring at him, unblinking. There's something burning in his chest, clawing it's way up his throat.
It’s fear, a sort that Grian probably forgot back in the earliest loops. He knows he will always remember this; Scar, giving up.
He leans into the wind, and hopes he can make the next loop kinder.When he wakes up on his green life for the dozenth time, he can barely bring himself to sit up.

Grian is trapped in a time loop - unless he can figure out what's bringing him and the other Third Life players back every time they die, he's not sure they'll ever go home.
