“Take a wild guess,” she grumbled, shoving a heap of whatever the fuck she had worn last week aside with her foot. The sound of Harrow's boots followed.

“Can I touch it?” Harrow blurted.
“What?” Lowering the volume of the show running on the screen, Gideon’s head snapped up, brows furrowed. Her eyes were moving all over Harrow’s face to see if she was joking. “Why would you wanna do that?”
