He’s larger than you, but he’s drunker, and he gets clumsy when he’s drunk. You’ve practiced, years and years of it. You can have the cuffs on him before he even realizes what’s happening.
You think, ah, fuck it, and then you’re on him, one hand on his shoulder, the other on his waist, spinning him around, shoving him, and he loses his footing on the curb, stumbles, and you get him under an arm, pick him up, and push him face first into the wall, reaching for your cuffs. INLAND EMPIRE – Knowing the reason for something isn't necessarily panacea against its effect. If it was, there would be far fewer sad and sick people in the world. Most people in Revachol know perfectly well the reason for the months of protests, trade sanctions and blockades, the continual sabotage and collapse of all civil services and the imminent threat of open armed conflict.
COMPOSURE – When pressed to reflect over it, it's been all too easy for Kim to connect the state of the world to the state of his own body.
Harry does his best to get Kim to relax - but ignoring your impulses can be hard, artistic or otherwise.

Do you go onto FAYDE and see a line and go “how do you even get that line was that true the whole time?” Do you not know how much of Elysium is Fantasy France and you’re too afraid to ask? Well have I got the fic for you!
The worldbuilding of Elysium is complicated, detailed, and often hidden behind skill checks. It is precise and vague and subjective and overwhelming, just like real life. This atlas hopes to streamline and organize the traditional FAYDE search process, clarify details, and note when the real world influences are notable and draw upon that. And wrap it all up in a colloquial bow because otherwise it’d be impossible for me to read my own work without my brain glazing over.Complete with aside breakdowns from the author over subjects such as “oh my god a dormant volcano is taller than two Everests”, “what the fuck is up with tzaraath that’s not how prion diseases work what the fuck”, and “why do I have to learn about time!”
