Summary
The romantic escapades didn’t work out. Maybe it’s best to wait until after Night Swan has taken over the world. That seems to be the main issue.
Speaking of which, time is running out. Night Swan sets off on her biggest scheme yet: Mass possession across nine Danceverses. Even for her, it's a tall task. As her methods grow more obvious, she begins to attract attention from her opposition. Akito. Hairman's crew. Nancy and Claire. And most importantly, Wanderlust. Deity or not, he won't stay on the sidelines as Night Swan springs her trap. And thankfully, Wanderlust has more than a few connections.
All the while, Jack hopes and prays that his mother burns herself out. But as he assumes his role as Night Swan's loyal son, he begins to wonder if there's another way out.
