“They didnt ask me to kill myself,” Will snapped, glaring back at Hannibal. In the darkness, he looked more like a shadow, a creature, some mix of the demon in his mind and Hannibal.
“Didn't they?” Hannibal stood straighter, “or rather haven't they? Every new case Jack sends you on, everytime you step into the killer's mind, they’re practically begging you to snap.”
Hannibal's hands found its way to Will’s face from behind him., holding it, “The real question,” he leaned in towards him, “is whether you’ll bend…”
Will heard a snap, “or break,” Hannibal whispered, his hands lingering on Will's broken neck before the darkness overtook everything.TLDR: after will and Hannibal fall off the cliff, Will ends up in a coma, and Hannibal is (supposedly) dead
