For all intents and purposes of these fics, Armstrong and Blore have a flat together and Vera and Phillip are their neighbors. It was Vera's idea and Phillip isn't too excited about it.

“Blore? Blore! William!” His first name spoken from Armstrong’s lips startled him from his thoughts. “Hey. Hey! I’m fine. You’re fine. Don’t cry about me, you idiot. Right now we’re as fine as we’re gonna get for a while.” The words were frantic but gentle.
“Call me Bill,” Blore replied miserably through his tears. “All my friends do.”
They went through hell as strangers and then they came out the other side as so much more than friends.
I hate the fact that Phantom of the Opera is no longer the least conventional fandom I've written fic for now, but I hope you enjoy this. Additional chapters may be added if I think of more for them.
