It’s not that he hates Tyler. Maybe he did, at some point, for a pan-flash moment, but he never hated Jeb, and even if Tyler Owens is a lot more abrasive than Jeb ever was, the principle’s the same—he could never hate the people Kate loves.
It’s just that Tyler’s so stupidly charming, all charisma and chiseled jaw and white-teethed smiles, that Javi doesn’t know how he’s not supposed to feel a little frustrated about it all.After the storm, Javi has to figure out his place in it all again.

Oh she’s got some real fucking nerve.
Scott looks at her dumbfounded, his mouth slightly opened as he stares at her. He should be angry, he should be frustrated, and he is. He’s all of those emotions… but then the words hit him harder, ‘one way or another’... oh now he’s having a fun idea. “You have some real fuckin’ nerve, city girl… coming over here, invading my privacy and trying to make me your little interview bitch.” He grunts, his fingers gripping his biceps as his arms are folded across his bare chest.
But just like he expected, what he wanted; she doesn’t back down. Lois Lane isn’t like other journalists when hit with stuff like this. “And you have some real fuckin’ nerve acting like it’s so fucking hard to answer maybe ten questions for ten, fifteen minutes if you’re lucky. Patience is clearly not your best friend… besides, you have nothing better to do.”
Or... Lois Lane has to interview storm chaser Scott Miller; they both hate each other, so why are they in bed together?

Boone smiles, a resolute but calm smile, and leans forwards, pressing his forehead into hers. Maggie lets him, sliding her eyes shut when he does. They stand like that for just a few moments, before Boone pulls away and presses a sloppy kiss onto her lips.
